Depending on the time of year, Elk, Deer, Coyote, Bear, Eagle, Moose, and Cougar are visitors to this land.

Rental Rates for the house in Montana, USA
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $175-175/Night
- All Season:
3 night minimum: $175 per night. $1125 per week.
To secure a reservation and Hold Any Dates we require 50% of the rental payment per the rates above. Dates will be blocked out when this payment is received.
The remaining rent and the $300 security/damage deposit is then due 30 days prior to your check-in date.
NOTE: The above rates DO NOT include a 7% Montana occupancy tax which is also required.

We may be able to accommodate guests with last-minute needs so please check with us!
If canceled less than 30 days before check-in date, only 50% of above fees will be returned. If canceled more than 30 days before your check-in date, all of the above fees will be returned except a $100 reservation holding charge.
After your stay, subject to a satisfactory inspection, damage deposit will be refunded within 14 days of your departure.

For Quiet, Beautiful Seclusion 10 miles from Eureka, this one is hard to beat Folks! Amenities: This 2 BR 1 BA cabin is just One Year Old! With 1250 sq. ft. this cabin features a King Sized Bed in the upstairs loft and a Queen in the bedroom on the main floor. Queen Sized sofa sleeper in the Living Room allows for Six to sleep comfortably. Floors are Australian Cypress and counters are Granite. New appliances throughout including washer and dryer. Open and covered decks offer any type of outdoor entertaining. Cabin comes fully equipped with linen, dishes, toaster, coffee pot, microwave, stove, refrigerator, electric heat, wood (pellet) stove, and Evaporation Cooler for hot days.
This cabin now has dish TV and also has phone and cell phone coverage is good. Recreation opportunities abound, with easy access to the Ten Lakes Scenic Area, Therriault Lakes, the Yaak Wilderness and the Kootenai National Forest. Mariners Haven Campground and Marina is very close and offers opportunities to get on the lake. For those that like to Ski, Whitefish is one hour south and Fernie, British Columbia is one hour north. The Canadian Border is 8 miles away and Eureka, MT is 10 miles away and has numerous Restaurants, 2 Grocery Stores, 2 Hardware Stores, several small Casinos, Movie Theater, etc... and is a nice small mountain town that is a fun place to spend time...
