Makaha apartment Rental Property Information

New, fully furnished & equipped, spotless and comfortable 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment located in a beautiful old style Hawaiian plantation home across the street from the beach in Makaha. Apartment opens to a wrap-around porch (lanai) with hammocks and outdoor eating overlooking tropical gardens (with papaya and banana trees!), and views of both the majestic mountains and the spectacular white sand beach. There is also a BBQ area w/ tables for picnicking, laundry facilities, and an on-site caretaker. Parking and wireless internet access are available at no charge. Our resident caretaker will welcome you with a flower lei and be happy to assist you in anyway he can. The Aloha spirit is alive and well at Makaha Sunset!

Makaha is located on the Waianae Coast which is on the west side of the island. This area is considered one of Oahu'a last 'unspoiled' coastal areas with some of the most pristine, uncrowded beaches to be found on the island. It's a 3-4 minute walk from our house to the beautiful Makaha Beach, where you can swim, snorkel, surf, boogie board, and relax on the white sand.

1 Bedroom apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, and hot plate. Apartment has tiled floors throughout as well as ceiling fans, air conditioning, and cable TV.

The bedroom has queen size bed, large closet and French doors which open up to the lanai. The modern bathroom is tiled and linens are provided. There is a barbecue & picnic area, an outdoor shower, a gazebo, and a coin operated washer and dryer on the premises. Swim, snorkel, surf, sail, scuba dive, fish, golf, whale & dolphin watch (in season), hike, and sun bathe! Experience some of the finest dining on the island at the world famous Ko Olina Resort - just a short 20-25 minute drive from Makaha. And when you want to be a 'tourist', take advantage of all the exciting activities available in Waikiki - only a 45-55 minute drive up the coast.
