Kitchen features a tumbled marble wall, all new cabinets and counters, full size refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, all pots, pans, silverware, and small kitchen items. The separate dining room features a glass top table and cloth covered chairs under a beautiful light fixture. The front room features leather couch and loveseat, cloth chair, tables, lamps, color TV, DVD, plants and more. Both bedrooms have lots of closet space, dressers, lamps and more. The master has one king size bed, walk in closet, color TV and VCR. The second has 2 twin beds.

Both bathrooms are all new full size as the master has a walk in shower, the second has a bathtub enclosed shower. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer. Activities: Enjoy the largest swimming pool on the island, shuffleboard, tennis, workout room, sauna, BBQ area, private beach access and more. This complex also has lush tropical landscaping a private fishing pier, on-site management. Area: This true island offers any and all vacation activities that you could ever want. The large variety of shopping, activities, restaurants and more are just a short walk or drive away. Culture filled Sarasota is only about a 20 minute drive down the road as is famous St Armand's Circle, the Mote Marine, and more. Walt Disney world and Bush Gardens are within a few hour car drive.
