This home is located on beautiful Bear Lake just 12 miles from Grayling or Kalkaska. Bear Lake is a pristine, clear, spring fed lake with sandy beaches and daily sightings of bald eagles, cranes and loons. This is a great central location for day trips to Sleeping Bear Dunes, Leelanau Peninsula, canoeing on the Au Sable or Manistee rivers, Hartwick Pines, Mackinac Island, ski resorts and is just 40 minutes from Traverse City. Close to many golf courses, ORV and snow mobile trails.
All the comforts of home in this fully furnished 3 bedroom, 2 baths and full walkout basement home with a lake view deck off the main level. Each bedroom has a double bed and the 3rd bedroom also has a set of twin bunk beds. The large living area has 4 sofas, 2 that are sleepers.

This cottage is located among family owned cottages. The owners request that renters be respectful of the neighbors.
The roadside parking area can accommodate a maximum of three (3) vehicles. Vehicles must use the DNR Public Access Site to launch boats. There is no vehicle access to the lakefront of the cottage.
