Amenities: Fully equipped kitchen with cooking utensils and cutlery, coffee maker, microwave oven and toaster. Washer and dryer, bedding and towels are included for your convenience. Relax on the beautiful large front deck, complete with propane BBQ Grill and outdoor dining table. TV, Cable, VCR, radio and family board games are all included. If skiing or fishing are your preferences, ask us about our available boat lift to park your boat. We also include an aluminum row-boat for your convenience. Ask us about winter rentals!

Activities: Swimming, hiking, boating, skiing, fishing, plus local events, festivals and attractions in nearby Lake City, Cadillac or Houghton Lake. Area: Located in the beautiful northern, lower peninsula, 50 miles South of Traverse City and 13 miles East of Cadillac. 'The Cottage' is located just a few miles south of downtown Lake City, which offers Local Shops, Restaurants, and Parks.
