    Prices are based on up to six people. Our home, like most with three bedrooms, will sleep up to 8 (plus infants in cots). For a 7th & 8th person, a sofa bed in the front lounge converts to a queen size bed and an additional charge is normally payable.

    The pool is solar heated but, for the cooler months, supplementary heating is available at $20 per day.
    Note: The solar can make a significant difference to the temperature of the water. For example in April & May, when pools without heating will still be cold, ours should be a lovely temperature!

Spacious Living Area With two separate living areas, an open-plan relaxing lounge with three sofas leads into a dining room. The additional large family room with La-z-boy reclining sofas, cable TV, DVD, video & audio system leads through large patio doors to the pool, access to which is fitted with a child safety alarm. The adjoining fully equipped kitchen, which includes fridge with icemaker, dishwasher, microwave, waste disposal etc. also has a seated breakfast area. The master bedroom has a king size bed, dresser, bedside table, chair, cable TV, cordless answer phone, en-suite bathroom & spacious closets. Two further bedrooms each with twin beds, spacious closets, drawer unit and chair are adjacent to a second bathroom. All the bedrooms have radio alarms and dimmable table lamps. Linen and towels are supplied, including pool towels. A double garage has a utility area with a large washer and dryer along with a full size ping-pong table (table tennis).

Oversize Pool & Free Telephone Calls! The larger than average 30' screened, floodlit, solar heated pool is landscaped with a lovely selection of plants and is fully fenced for your total privacy, unlike many other homes where each private pool overlooks another! A reel-out pool cover is provided for the cooler months to retain the heat overnight and a supplementary heating option is also available. The pool deck is furnished with table, chairs, foot stalls and sun loungers. Beware many homes have small pools, more like splash pools - Ours is big enough to have some real fun and enable you to actually swim!! Although the additional heating option only needs to be considered for the cooler months, the solar system can make a big difference to the temperature of the water at other times. Free wireless 'high speed' internet connection! We also offer free unlimited long distance telephone calls anywhere in the United States, Canada and 40 countries overseas.
