Hiawassee cabin Rental Property Information
For the person who likes the feeling of seclusion but wants to be close to everything, 3 Bear Ridge Cabin is the answer! Nestled on a wooded lot adjacent to 80 privately owned acres, this chalet-style cabin offers a view of Harris Mountain in the Winter, gorgeous old trees in the Summer, and colorful foliage in the Fall. Lake Chatuge public boat ramp and Boundary Waters Resort are only 1 mile away. The famous Georgia Mountain Fair and other main attractions in Hiawassee are all within 5 miles. Professionally decorated in the lodge-style theme, the soaring stone wood burning fireplace will delight you in the Winter and the large decks will be a favorite place to rock and feel the cool mountain breezes in the summer. Each room has access to its own private deck with soaring windows, to bring the outside in. The 12' x 15' master bedroom with private bath features a queen-sized bed as well as a day-bed. The downstairs bedroom features a queen sized bed and cozy chair for reading.

3 Bear Ridge Cabin is located in the beautiful North Georgia Mountains near Hiawassee. It's just a two hour drive from Atlanta, Chatanooga, Asheville, and other major metropolitan areas. Hiawassee is home to the famous Georgia Mountain Fair which hosts year round activities. From arts and crafts exhibits, bluegrass music, live concerts, live 'old ways' demonstrations, carnival rides and more, there is something that will please every member of the family! There is so much to do and see in and around Hiawassee - fishing, boating and picnicing on the beautiful Lake Chatuge, flyflishing for trout in the Hiawassee River, hiking the Appalacian Trail, visiting beautfiul waterfalls, shopping, antiqueing, golfing at some of Georgia's most beautiful and challenging courses, and, best of all, enjoying the local mountain food!
