Rental Rates for the condo in Molokai, Hawaii, USA



Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • From $750/Week
  • Upon booking a 50% down payment is required. One month before arrival the remaining 50% is due.
    A cleaning fee of $75 will be charged on stays of less than a week.
    Cancellations received at least 30 days before your arrival date will be fully refunded minus a $100.00 handling fee. Later cancellations will be subject to forfeiture of your deposit.
    Most reservations and travel plans are made several months in advance. When a reservation is cancelled 1-2 months before your arrival date its unlikely we will be able to rent the unit.

    Christmas, New Years and Thanksgiving are $1200/week with a one week minimum.
    5 Day minimum other times.

    Please contact us for stays of longer than a week. They will be discounted.

On the grounds there is a pool with cabana, tennis, two gas barbecues, and plenty of room and lounges for just plain relaxing. The pool and cabana are located right on the oceanfront. There are three, three-story, main buildings. There are mostly seasonal owners, so it is rare that there is ever full occupancy. Our unit is on the east end of the second floor of the only oceanfront building. There are two bedrooms, one bathroom, and an oceanfront lanai. The ocean is only a few feet from the building. This well appointed second floor oceanfront condo with views to the pool and ocean is considered the best 2 bedroom rental unit available at Wavecrest. There are remnants of Hawaiian fishponds along this shore and this is one of the only shores in Hawaii with a barrier reef. The reef keeps the waves down so there is generally calm water in the foreground with the reef break about one-fourth-mile off shore. Maui, Kahoolawe, and Lanai are in sight across Pailolo and Kalohi channels.

On a clear day, we've seen the big island of Hawaii. From January to April, Humpback whales return to these waters between the islands. They are often seen right off shore. It is a great place to kayak.

Because it is an end unit, the trade breezes waft through the added windows in the kitchen and bedroom. The bright and cheery kitchen is complemented by an island bar for casual serving or a dining table for more formal meals. It is fully upgraded with new appliances. The cupboards are fully stocked for all your cooking needs.

Enjoy your first cup of coffee of the morning on the tiled lanai as the sun rises over Maui.
