Rental Rates for the cottage in Northern Michigan, Michigan, USA



Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • 1500.00 a week includes tax, cleaning.
  • A $500 advance deposit is required to hold your rental slot. This advance deposit includes $250 reservation deposit required to reserve your week and It is credited toward your weekly rate, plus a $250 Security / Damage deposit that is refunded after check out or can be applied toward a future rental if you chose to do so.

There is an area at the lake front for gathering around a fire to make s'mores and roast hot dogs. There are several reclining lounge chairs at lake front to soak in the summer sun. All Linens, Towels, disposables, and consumables must be furnished by renters. Activities: Swimming, Canoe the Platte River to Lake Michigan, boating, water skiing, hiking, all winter sports, too many local attractions to mention here.
