- From $2600/Week to $5500/Week
- Taxes of 9% are additional. $500 up-charges for holiday weeks: Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years. Minimum 1 week rental for all holiday weeks; 4 night minimum Fl-Ga weekend. Maximum number of guests is 13 plus babies up to 2 years. $500 deposit per week or less is required to reserve the house; all rent and taxes due 8 weeks in advance of arrival. Damage deposits will be refunded within two weeks of departure, assuming no problems. A rental agreement must be completed and signed to secure the rental. Once paid, there are no refunds of deposits or rent unless the house becomes uninhabitable OR unless we are able to re-rent the house for the same dates and rates. If the owners do re-rent the house, a 10% fee is charged. We encourage renters to obtain trip cancellation insurance . Cleaning fees are $200 -$250. Renters have the option of saving $50 by doing some basic tidying chores. Ask owner for details.
- In fall and winter, we rent for a minimum of three nights. The basic rate is $550 per night for up to 8 guests; for each additional guest, there is an additional $25 charge per night. We have a 4 night minimum for Fl-Ga weekend. For weekly rentals during the fall or winter, the basic rate is $2600 for up to 8 guests. For each additional guest, we charge an additional $100 per week.

| Notes: | We have an elevator which will accommodate one person in a wheelchair. The elevator accesses from the ground level garage to the first floor, which is about 5 feet off-grade, and to the second floor, which is the main level. We offer an optional temporary membership to the nearby (1 mile) Serenata Beach Club for an additional weekly fee. The Club has three huge pools, including one for toddlers, a family pool, and an adult pool. The family pool is heated in the winter. Additionally there is a large hot tub for adult use. The Serenata Beach Club has a full time activities director who organizes many fun, structured activities for children. There is a work out room, very nice indoor-outdoor dining room and bar, and a snack bar with sandwiches, etc. at the pool. The Club offers weekly activities such as bridge, exercise classes, and lots of special dinners and family activities. Temporary members can obtain golf privileges at Marsh Landing, a private golf club in Ponte Vedra Beach. |

WaterColors is direct ocean front, right on the beach, with views from all major rooms. It is a luxury property designed for renters who expect the very best. it is spacious, lovely and spotless. We have amenities such as an elevator, many televisions, DVD players, stereo, games, and books. Our deck is huge with lots of seating and lounging areas. Part of the deck is covered and part is open. We have a private walkover to the beach with a seating area at the end. The beach is wide, quiet and car free. We have a double garage and additional parking for three cars. With five bedrooms and a sleeper in the game room, we can accommodate up to 13 guests plus babies in cribs. We have lots of baby items: a full size crib, a portable crib, booster chairs, stair gates, monitors, and more. The bedrooms are all decorated nicely with beach themes, great high quality linens, down blankets and pillows and everything to make you happy. You will love this beautiful oceanfront home!
Amenities: All kitchen appliances, toaster, toaster oven, dishwasher, microwave, regular oven, glass electric cook top, side by side refrigerator-freezer, blender, mixer, coffee maker, all dishes, flatware, cooking supplies, lots of storage, deck access from kitchen living area and two master suites, televisions (7), VCRs and DVD players, stereos, gas grill, wet bar, top quality linens, laundry room with commercial grade equipment, fax machine, computer with Internet access, printer, game room with pool table and other equipment, elevator, beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, two outside beach showers, child-safe deck and dune walkover, parking for 4 cars, three covered porches and decks, one large open wrap around deck, two seating areas on the dune walkover, water softener, landscaped yard.
