Amenities: 65' of private sandy beachfront; pier with row boat, paddle boat, raft; 20' pontoon boat available for extra charge; plenty of outdoor chairs & loungers; tire swing; fire pit /campfire; gas grill; picnic table; updated bathroom & kitchen (kitchen has all new appliances + microwave, coffee pot, toaster, dishes, silverware, cooking pots, pans, etc.- a fully equipped modern kitchen!); 2 private bedrooms upstairs and 2 queen sleeper sofas downstairs, sleeping 8 comfortably; 27' TV w/cable, VCR, DVD downstairs and 13' TV w/cable upstairs; stereo w/AM/FM, Cassette Tape & CD - bring your favorite music!; lots of board games, books to read; cottage is fully & tastefully decorated; ceiling fans throughout cottage and A/C available; phone (for local calls only - bring a calling card for long distance calling); internet connection via in-cottage phone line (dial-up only); close-by: restaurants, video store, shopping, golf courses, drive-in theater; you bring: bed linens, towels, paper products.
