Sun Valley condo Rental Property Information
This spacious 1295 sq feet ground floor condo is located in 'The Christophe' which consists of 3 separate buildings and offers views to Baldy Mountain and the hills of West Ketchum. From the condo you can stroll into Ketchum or walk a mile further to Sun Valley. Free Dart buses take you around the Valley. Walk to River Run Lift for skiing. The complex has a heated outdoor pool and an outdoor Jacuzzi, barbecue area and picnic tables, lawn chairs etc. The condo is professionally managed and is in excellent condition. Underground parking is provided. The condo can be rented as a two bedroom or as a one bedroom unit because of the lock-off bedroom. The large living/dining room features a gas fireplace, original art, a queen sofa pull out bed, cable TV, stereo, CDs book, a computer desk w/ computer and Internet access, a writing table w/ 2 chairs. The round dining room table seats four comfortably.

Ketchum is one mile from World famous Sun Valley. Free Kart bus service is available between Ketchum, Sun Valley, Elkhorn, Hailey and Bellevue. It's a summer and winter resort offering down hill skiing on Mt. Baldy (within walking distance from condo), heated outdoor swimming pool and hot tub. Cross country skiing, hiking, snow shoeing, trail rides, ice skating, ice hockey. Summer activities include golfing, tennis, soccer, wild west Wagon Days, Trailing of the sheep, music festival, theaters, dancing, ice shows, biking, hiking, fishing etc.

The bathroom has double vanity w/ 2 sinks, bathtub w/overhead shower.
