Nederland house Rental Property Information

Our vacation house sits on 1 acre of property that overlooks the the town of Nederland and the Barker Reservoir. Nederland sits at 8,233 feet above sea level and is 17 miles west of Boulder and 56 miles NW from Denver. The house has 2 large bedrooms (1 loft) with comfortable king and queen size beds. The bathroom is equipped with shower and a tub. The living room is large and cozy and opens up onto a large deck. The wood stove can be fired up for some extra warmth after a long day of skiing or mountain biking. There are hiking/biking trails out the front door and you are a stones throw away from the Indian Peaks Wilderness Area and Eldora Mountain Resort.

Area Located at the base of the Indian Peaks Wilderness Area and within minutes of Eldora Ski Resort, Rollins Pass, Black Hawk and Central City, Brainard Lake Recreation Area and Rocky Mt National Park. Seasonal music and art festival.

Skiing Information: Eldora ski resort is 8 miles from the house. Loveland 30 minutes. Breckenridge area is about 50 minutes.
