The only thing between our condo & the beach is 5 houses (600 ft) making this the perfect spot for a family with small children. This quaint family oriented complex consists of only 6 units. You can actually see Nantucket Sound from the front of the complex where you park your car! interior of our condo features all knotty pine, which adds charm to the tastefully decorated cape cod theme. The unit consists of a living/dining/kitchen combination and two bedrooms. The kitchen, is fully stocked with everything from a crock pot to a lobster pot. One bedroom features a double (full-size) bed and the other bedroom has twins. Sliders from the master bedroom lead to a deck and an over-sized private fenced in patio with gas grill. There is an outdoor shower, and beach chairs are provided for your convenience.
