Vacation with a view. You'll be delightfully greeted with designer furnishings and many more custom features in this 2004 built 1327 sq. Ft. single story home. Wood and porcelain tile flooring throughout, huge windows allowing nature to be the focal point. Vaulted ceiling, recess lighting, 32 inch flat screen TV, Gas fireplace, hickory cabinetry and whirlpool tub in master bath. Three bedrooms and a twin fold out couch in living area will comfortably sleep up to 7 persons. This is a completely furnished home with full kitchen, dishwasher, two full baths, washer and dryer, radiant floor heating, two car attached garage, central air and two sliding glass doors that lead to outside patios and a wood porch. Picnic tables, lounge chairs and a gas grill complete this county getaway with many shade trees conducive to relaxing and taking in the beautiful lake sunsets. Home belongs to one of the Pelican RV resort owners and is located on the edge of the resort.

Resort items are available with normal resort fees. (pontoons, boats, paddle boats, firewood etc.) Dog fee $25. per week, or $5. per day. They are allowed only 1) on a leash at all times and 2) with droppings cleaned up. Guests must register and pay upon arrival. Extra persons with permission and fee only (over 7). No Jet skis or four wheelers allowed in resort. Resort rules apply- Tents pay fee, small campfires only, no loud noise at night. Home sits on a hill overlooking the lake. Swimming beach (in two pictures) is 400 ft. away (not in front of home).

Guests are welcome to rent resorts pontoon (reservation recommended), boats, motors and water bikes. We have lots of room to walk and bike or do a little fishing off the lake shore. Resort swimming beach is Approx. 400 ft. away with two swim rafts. Beautiful resort park has children's play equipment and additional picnic areas. A public boat land is two blocks away providing easy lake access. Resort is on Pelican Lake near Glenwood, MN and is part of the historic Glacial Ridge Trail. Churches, fine dining and golfing are near by. All this only two hours from the Twin Cities.
