Each of the two upstairs bedrooms has a full walkout balcony, full bath, and plenty of closet space. The master bedroom has its own fireplace and views of the marina and the lake. The main level has a comfortable living room with a second fireplace and brand new queen-size sofa bed and half bath. The lower level can be used as another bedroom with another full bathroom. There is a heated pool (shared with only five other units) which has lounge chairs, umbrellas, and tables for plenty of summer fun. Pets - house-trained dogs allowed by approval with additional pet deposit. No cats. We are centrally located within New Buffalo where, once you arrive, you won't need your car again until you leave. Grocery store, marina and plenty of restaurants and stores all within a block or two! The public beach is just a five-minute walk away.

Fully stocked kitchen, fully supplied linens and beach towels, washer/dryer, gas grill, 3 TVs, 2 DVDs, 1 VCR, Playstation 2 with games, vintage arcade console with 9 1980's games, beach chairs and toys, board games, books, several DVDs. Shared pool with only 5 other units, beach chairs, tables, umbrella's, pool house, pool toys, screened in gazebo. This is the lowest ratio of units to pool in the area. Other associations can have up to 40 units for a pool the same size as ours. We also have a computer with high speed Internet and cordless phones with unlimited long distance so you can check your e-mail or sit by the pool and brag to your friends.
