Our condo is located in Southwood Shores, on the 12 mile marker just 4 miles down HH from Business 54. Recently re-decorated, you will find a different theme in each room, along with updated Pergo flooring and ceramic tile. The master bedroom features a private master bath, queen size bed , your own personal cable TV, VCR, and DVD player along with entry onto the oversized deck, with a beautiful view of the Lake. The guest bedroom features a queen size bed, cable TV/VCR/DVD, Sony Playstation w/games,ceiling fan and is decorated with the fisherman in mind. Wifi available in the clubhouse and deck of condo. No Smoking, No Pets.

The guest bedroom is decorated with the fisherman in mind and offers a queen size bed and cable TV/VCR/DVD/ and sony playstation w/games. The fully- equipped kitchen has all the conveniences of home. If you prefer to barbecue, there is a gas grill on the deck or barbecue pits and picnic tables by the children's playground. There is plenty of seating for dinner on the deck, at the breakfast bar, or the kitchen table. The living roomis decorated in a nautical theme and has a sofa sleeper, leather recliner, cable TV, VCR and DVD player as well as a CD player/stereo and home theater system. There are outdoor speakers and ceiling fan to enjoy as you sit on the deck and enjoy the lake. There is even a full size washer and dryer, if your crazy enough to want to do laundry.
Southwood Shores has something for everyone with amenities that are unmatched in this price range: outdoor pool on the point of the cove with a large pool deck overlooking the main channel of the Lake, indoor pool, two hot tubs, outdoor swim area with swim dock, tennis court, basketball court, shuffle board, horseshoe pit, children’s playground area, outdoor barbecue pits, picnic tables, and boat ramp. Wave runner and boat slips available through complex for $15 per night. Make the most of your vacation and come stay with us!!! Some of the Ozark activities include, 15 golf courses, 8 miniature golf courses, 5 go-cart tracks, 7 family fun parks, 50 waterfront restaurants, the largest state park in Missouri and the largest Outlet mall in Missouri, and 4 caves just to name a few. There is an indoor waterpark for weather permitting days and art galleries, music shows, music festivals, wineries and the infamous Bagnell Dam Strip which offers a load of old time fun. Groceries and movie rentals in walking distance.
Area:
We are close to everything, just minutes from some of the best waterfront restaurants. One of the nicest golf courses the Ozarks has to offer is less than a mile from the complex. The outlet mall is just 9 miles away. Banell dam strip is 5 miles away including bungee jumping, dinner cruises, skee ball, bumper cars, old time photos, the famous homemade fudge and the best homemade lemonade you will taste.
