Amenities: The kitchen offers new appliances throughout, including range, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer with in-door water and ice maker and garbage disposal unit. All small appliances, cookware and tableware are included. There is a laundry room with large capacity washer and dryer. Central air and heat and ceiling fans in all rooms, 3 televisions with DVD players and cable, large flat screen in Media Room. 3 dining areas (dining room - seats 6, morning room - seats 4, Lanai - seats 4).There are 2 areas for relaxing, the great room and the media room. In the media room the 'L' shaped sofa pulls out to a Queen size bed. The master bedroom with King size bed includes a large walk-in closet and sliding doors to the lanai. The en suite bathroom features a Jacuzzi tub, two separate vanities and a large walk-in shower and water closet. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed.

This spacious room has ample closet space and is adjacent to the second bathroom which has a tub with shower, vanity and water closet. All towels and linen are provided. Activities:Rental includes Full Golf Membership privileges and use of the beautiful clubhouse and well-stocked Pro-shop and excellent restaurant and bar facilities. There is a busy and fun Social program on offer at The Golf and Country Club. Additional amenities at Crown Colony include an activity center with weight and aerobic equipment and four lighted Har-Tru tennis courts. There is a large swimming pool and spa. Water Aerobic classes are available each weekday morning. 2 new bicycles are provided for your use.
