Strolling the cobblestone streets and partaking in the many gourmet and bistro-style dining opportunities will satisfy anyone's wining and dining desires. The many art galleries and specialty boutiques will provide hours of window shopping. Old Montreal is situated along the historic waterfront which is a year-round site for a great many festivals and events for which Montreal is famous. The International Jazz Festival, International Tennis and the world-renowned Cirque du Soleil are all available to those wishing to indulge in Montreal's 'joie de vivre'.
