The Grandview on Grace Bay is one of the most beautiful and exclusive properties on the island. There are only 18 private resident suites. This property is an extremely convenient beach level suite. Simply walk out the patio door directly to the pool and the ocean--no steps to climb. It is also a corner suite with additional windows facing westward to catch the magnificent sunsets over Grace Bay.
This suite is approximately 1900 square feet with a master suite that includes a very luxurious master bath with separate shower and Jacuzzi tub. There is marble and granite throughout. The property was just completed in 2002 and boasts breathtaking views of Grace Bay.
The suite is fully furnished for your ocean front enjoyment. The master b/r has a queen size bed, the second bedroom has a queen and two twin beds that serve as a day couch when not in use. There is a queen hide-a-way in the living room and an additional roll-a-way bed should you need it.
