Cancellations will be subject to a non-refundable status if the property is not rented to another party - The expansion area is an extra rate of $99 to $199 for the 4 Bedrooms/1Bath Area that will sleep up to 10. The rate is scalable depending upon the amount of people that are using the expansion area. Email us for more information and a custom quote. It is not rented separate from the main unit, so it can also be added after you are there and feel like you need more room. Great to have options, isn't it!

Expansion Room for 10 more people We have just added our garden level expansion area which will give us now 4 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. The master bedroom suite has a sitting area with a large bathroom and closet area. The sitting area will have a sleeper sofa. This area will be available for renting with the main level for an additional amount from $99-199. Please note this level will not be rented separate from the home, so if you are considering renting just the main level, there will be no one else utilizing the property when you are there!
