Kiawah Island house Rental Property Information

When you first walk through our doors, you will feel as if you are at home. This is not your average rental property. Our home is located at 700 Glossy Ibis Lane in Vanderhorst Plantation. The large deck across the back of the house overlooks Cinder Creek. The marsh view is incredible and a haven for white snowy egrets and herons. You will enjoy the changes in the marsh with the high and low tides. Across the street is a fishing and crabbing dock. Our luxury 3600 square foot home features two master bedrooms with king size beds, televisions and DVD/VCR. The third spacious bedroom has two queen beds, television and DVD/VCR. All bedrooms have their own private baths. There is a loft with a queen sleeper sofa. The large living and dining rooms have 18 foot vaulted ceilings with an awesome view of the marsh. There is an expansive kitchen with breakfast area that opens into the great room. There are French doors all across the rear of the house that open to the deck.

Area The deck leads to the swimming pool. The pool is very private and has a heat/cool pump for year round enjoyment. The pool is cleaned twice a week and is completely fenced in with two gates. There is substantial seating on the deck and around the pool. The deck has a top of the line gas grill. This property has a Superior FIVE-STAR rating by the resort. This superb home is situated on almost a full acre lot with Beautiful Marsh Views. You can walk to Osprey Point Clubhouse which is one of our favorite Island dining spots. The private beach of Kiawah is approximately 700 yards away. If you choose not to walk or bike to the beach, there are two beach parking lots nearby.
