Lake Lanier house Rental Property Information
This home, located on the south end of Lake Lanier, is just minutes from 985 and was recently remodeled. It has its own covered single slip dock w/ an additional swim dock, and is close to Lake Lanier Islands and Starboard Marina. The main floor has 3 bedrooms & 2 baths - the master has a king-size bed, and 2 additional bedrooms have queens. Each bedroom has its own TV with cable and a DVD player. The family room has a stacked stone fireplace, vaulted ceilings, and is adjacent to the kitchen. The eat-in kitchen has beautiful hardwood cabinets, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and is well equipped. There are hardwood floors throughout the entire main floor. The basement has a HUGE multi-purpose room complete with a foosball table, Ms Pacman, big screen TV w/ surround sound, leather couch, a large table for playing games or eating, and plenty of space left for hanging out. There is also a bedroom with 4 sets of bunkbeds, allowing 8 people to sleep comfortably.

We are easily accesible from Atlanta or Gainesville and very close to Lake Lanier Islands and Waterpark as well as a number of golf courses. We are also close to the Mall of Georgia with tons of shopping, dining and a 20 screen theatre. The outlets as well as the north Georgia Mountains are within 2 hours drive for many waterfalls etc. Downtown Atlanta is about a 45 min drive.
