Mount Pleasant townhome Rental Property Information

Spend your vacation in the Charleston area… where you can: - Take long walks on the beach (~ 2 miles), - Bike ride in the beautiful Old Village of Mt. Pleasant, - Go crabbing and fishing at the “Old Bridge” (~ 1 mile), or - Take a carriage ride through Historic Charleston (~7 miles). Or you can spend your days relaxing in our newly renovated town home that has two bedrooms, 1 ½ baths and a sunroom. We have games, cable TV, movies, and books on site for you to enjoy. You can also play tennis, swim in the pool*, or relax on the patio. The Charleston area is known for its wonderful restaurants, and its many quality golf courses (There are 5 golf courses within 20 minutes of the town home). Other attractions include Patriots Point (~ 2 miles away) and historic Middleton and Magnolia gardens. The Charleston area has three water parks for your children’s enjoyment. For your convenience, we provide linens and towels.

The kitchen is fully furnished including a microwave, coffee maker and dishwasher. The town home will comfortably sleep 4 upstairs and 2 downstairs. Central Heat & Air, Washer/Dryer. Linens, towels and soaps are provided. Reliable experienced babysitters available. (Certified in infant/child CPR) *Pool is open year round.

Charleston is a wonderfully unique area offering just about everything. We have the historic Charleston area, gardens, theater, the SC Aquarium, Horse Drawn Carriages, and even High Tea at Charleston Place. In addition for sporting enthusiasts we have boating, kyaking, swimming, wind sailing, golfing, tennis, and sailing. Charleston has professional ice hockey, baseball and soccer. Of course, we also have beautiful beaches to relax and enjoy.
