A lavishly decorated vacation villa awaits you on the US Virgin Island of St. Croix. Southern Exposure is a 3800-square-foot Oceanfront home, nestled in an exclusive gated community, with its own pool, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a huge living room/dining room that overlooks the Caribbean Sea. The villa was artistically painted and decorated by St. Croix's premier decorator/artist, using island crafts and workmanship. A small, isolated and private beach is steps away--perfect for shell hunting! The villa overlooks a beautiful cliff and features a natural blowhole that sounds like a rhinoceros charging when the waves crash in...Awesome!! The entire house has a beamed, natural cypress ceiling which matches the sliding doors to create a warm, inviting atmosphere. There are five sets of sliding doors so every room has an unobstructed view of the water and individual access to the pool and to the sea.

Because of the waterfront location, a tropical breeze is a constant pleasure. The villa features it's own reverse-osmosis water purification system and electric generator for use in power outages. A community security gate and home security system insure safety and privacy. Other amenities include a stunning view of the water, a private pool, air conditioning in each bedroom, ceiling fans throughout the house, a fully-equipped kitchen, a utility room with a washer and a dryer, maid service, and an escort to greet you at the airport and guide you to Southern Exposure. Southern Exposure is conveniently located on the south shore just one minute away from the airport so you can start your vacation right away. Frederiksted is close by and Christiansted is a short drive away, so shopping and dining are within minutes. Grocery shopping at local supermarket (not the tourist traps) is right down the street. It is all extremely private, you have full access to the house and property
This is the best location to stay on St. Croix--you are not in the business of the cities, but have all of the amenities of a resort. The convenient location cannot be emphasized enough.
