This 3-Room-Apartment has been completely renewed and refurnished in November 2006.
The spacious Living-Room has a open kitchen and dinning area, TV, Bookshelves, Stereo, Phone. In the entrance is enough place to store your luggage etc.
There's a convertible sofa bed in the living-room which can be changed to a king size bed within minutes.
The main bed-room has a king size bed and the second bed-room has two bulk beds. Therefore 3 guests can sleep each in its own room.
This apartment measures 55 qm or 600 sq feet.
From the apartment you'll have a breath-taking view on Sacré Coeur.
Bathroom and WC are separated. There's a large bathtub and also a washing machine, dryer, hairdryer. All three windows are double glazed and warmth isolated. The apartment is on the 3. floor.
The new fully equiped kitchen is equiped with microwave oven, fridge, toaster, coffee machine etc.This apartment is suitable for five Guest. But we accept families with two parents and four kids.

Downstairs is the 'Place de Clichy' where you'll find several Metro-Lines and Bus-Lines. Around Place de Clichy you'll find also bakeries, groceries, restaurants.You have a Bio-food typical french market 3 times a week not very far.
This is very convenient location for moving around in Paris.
