Reservation Procedure
As soon as the $250 reservation / security deposit is received, dates of stay will be blocked. After confirming with Rhonda via email or phone the dates you desire are open, payment instructions will be provided. The deposit will be refunded to you within 5 days of check-out provided there are no damages, missing equipment, excessive cleaning or late check-out. The rental amount plus 9.75% TN sales tax is due 60 days prior to stay payable by personal or corporate check only. - Sorry-No Smoking & No pets – Violation of this policy will result in automatic forfeiture of deposit and immediate eviction without refund.

Cancellation Policy
60 days or more prior to stay: In the event cancellation occurs 60 days or more prior to stay, a full refund will be issued for the rental amount plus TN sales tax. The $250 reservation deposit is surrendered to cover administrative and re-marketing expenses.
Less than 60 days prior to stay: In the event cancellation occurs less than 60 days prior to stay, the reservation deposit of $250 is refunded in full. The rental amount and sales tax is NON-refundable. However, if the reserved dates are re-booked, a credit will be issued for the rental amount to be applied toward a future stay in the Fall, Holiday, or Spring seasons only. In the event a credit is issued, the $250 reservation / security deposit will be due upon reservation of alt dates

Configuration Beginning Spring, 2007, there will be two available choices with regard to space. Guests can choose how much of the home is needed, and pay accordingly. Complete rate details are listed in the Rental Information Tab. Base Option: The Base Option will accommodate Sleeping arrangements for a comfortable twelve consisting of a king size bed in the master suite on the main floor, three upstairs bedrooms; one with a queen-sized bed; another with two twin beds, and a third with three twin beds. A full bathroom upstairs serve guests there. The great room on the main floor has a plush La-Z-Boy sectional sleeper sofa making a queen-size bed. Finally, there is also a La-Z-Boy loveseat sleeper in the main floor great room. The bathroom off the MBR is quite spacious and has a Jacuzzi tub.
Plus Option: The Plus Option includes everything in the Base Option, plus access to a fully finished walk-out lower level. Construction on the stone retaining wall and lower level build-out was completed in June, 2007. The lower level produced two more bedrooms, a full bath with incredible walk-in tile, stone & glass block dual head shower, a kitchenette, two gathering spaces, and a full blown office. This added sleeping accommodations for another six, bringing the total to nineteen.
It is different from other grills, and perfect for cooking any kind of meat to perfection without the risk of burning, and also is capable of cooking many other components of your meal. The kitchen is complete with dishwasher, coffee maker with filters and a variety of coffees that vary from time to time, as well as a blender. The dining room has a unique shaped table…square, and is designed to accommodate two people on all four sides for a total of eight, which we have found perfect for family gatherings. In fact, we have had one inquiry of a party who wanted to use the home to gather the extended family and have a family meeting to discuss business. You will enjoy many small amenities in this fine home, some of which were decisions made at the time of construction, like high quality Maytag appliances throughout including washer/dryer, and sink and bathroom fixtures make by Kohler.
Skiing Information: There is also something about the look and feel of the rustic western red cedar exterior that encourages one to kick back and unwind, particularly in this little corner of the world! With your first step inside, you will understand this home was designed to be a permanent residence, not some ordinary rental property. We first greatly admired the home from the water with the large 2-story prow windows facing the lake. After purchasing and furnishing the home, we decided it was just too nice not to share with others. In fact, we sometimes joke the only thing that would have been better than buying this home and doing what we have to it, would have been if someone else had bought it, set it up the same way, and we could just rent it from them from time to time! We really enjoy rising early and having our first cup of coffee or tea on the large deck in the back facing the lake as we reflect on the serenity and watch for the first boat of the day to come by.
Golf Information: The floors in the great room, entryway and dining room are gloss finished oak hardwood, and the kitchen and bathrooms are all ceramic tile. We also decided to go the extra mile with a home theater system in the great room complete with a Sony flat screen television and VCR/DVD unit. Yamaha audio components provide full surround sound for movies. Never knowing quite how the acoustics will work out in a room until you are done; we have been very pleased, probably due to all the wood in the sound environment. The unit is complete with DirecTV satellite service with the ability to get pay-per view programming should you choose. We have taken great care to create detailed operating instructions for the home theater system as well as well as other components in the home.

I think we lucked out & found the best place to stay on our first trip to Dale Hollow, there at your home. After looking around the DHL area, there was very little that would outshine your place. The view from the deck was exceptional! The furnishings were lovely, the home was spacious, and well kept. Sunset Marina was a treat to visit. Even your neighbor across the road, & the cleaning person were friendly & good to meet. We hope to come back again soon!
