    $100 Pet deposit to be refunded within 10 days at end of rental less deduction for any pet damage.

Amenities Private Dock for renters (Also another dock used by parents of owner), Association Beach and Boat Launch; Air conditioning for great room & kitchen; Computer with the ability to connect online if you have AOL or connect direct with Net zero. 4 televisions with cable TV access; Living room: large couch/love seat/futon; Kitchen: microwave, dishwasher, gas stove, refrigerator, with ice maker and water dispenser and artesian well water; 1st Bedroom has a queen-sized bed, TV with cable stations & VCR; 2nd Bedroom has a queen-sized bed; TV with cable access; 3rd Bedroom has 2-bunk beds (X-Long);TV with cable access; 4th Bedroom has 1-bunk bed with bunk on top and double futon on bottom Pillows/blankets/bed linens are provided but Not Towels. 2 Bathrooms 1st with whirlpool tub 2nd with shower Washer/dryer is located in the basement. Gas Grill on Porch. Daylight basement with Darts and air hockey. Fire pit in the yard for evening fires.

Activities Naples Causway is approximately 1 mile from cottage there you can take a float plane trip, play miniature Golf, take a ride on a large paddle boat, rent a boat or ski jet or just tour the shops... Golf course is approximately 1 mile from cottage. The Winter season at Lake Sebago in Naples offers day and night skiing within 25 minutes from our cottage. Snowmobile from the cottage to almost anywhere in Maine, Great trail system. Sebago Lake is known as home of the Land Locked Salmon and currently is one of the best Lake Trout Lakes in New England.

Area Travel 45 minutes South to portland, L.L.Bean and Seacoast. Travel 45 Minutes North to Fryberg, North Conway + White Mountains. Travel 45 Minutes East to Lewiston/Auburn. Travel 45 minutes West To Ossipee New Hampshire
