This 3 bedroom, 3 bath, single-level home was completely renovated recently, and has a free flowing floor plan to suit even the most discriminating tastes. Privacy abounds in the backyard which has a blue tiled pool surrounded by tropical landscaping and beautiful slate flooring in tranquil earth tones. Throughout our home, the Italian travertine stone flooring creates an elegant ambiance and contrasts beautifully with the granite countertops and upscale stainless-steel appliances in the gourmet kitchen. The huge, open living room, dining area, and kitchen boasts over 1000 square feet of ideal entertainment area - all overlooking the clear, turquoise Hawaiian water. The living room is equipped with a Sony, 53-inch, big screen television with stereo surround sound, cable television with premium cable and music channels, and a VCR/DVD player.

  • Reservations And Payments: Reservations can be made by telephone, fax, or email. A reservation deposit of 50% of the total booking is due within 7 days of your reservation. Final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. There is a fully refundable security deposit of $1000. The rates posted are for up to 6 people. Each additional person over the age of 4 is $25 per night. The main house can accommodate a maximum of 8 people. If the guest suite is rented in addition to the main house, the entire property can accommodate a maximum of 10 people. We will only rent the guest suite to members of the same family renting the main house, so your privacy is assured. There is a cleaning fee of $250 which covers the cleaning after you check out. Maid service is not provided during your stay. However, this service can be arranged for an additional fee. Due to previous complaints by neighbors, we cannot allow any parties, gatherings or receptions.
  • Cancellations must be in writing. Cancellations made 45 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus a $75 administration fee. If the cancellation is made between 30 – 44 days prior to the check-in date, and another renter is found to rent for the canceled period, your money will be refunded minus an administration fee of 10% of the total booking. If you cancel at least 30 days prior to the arrival date and another renter is not found for the canceled period, only 50% of your investment will be refunded. We’re sorry but cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date will result in a forfeiture of your investment. Your security deposit and departure cleaning fee will be refunded immediately.

  • The property consists of a main house with 3 beds / 3 baths. The master bedroom has a Calif king bed, and bedrooms 2 & 3 each have a queen bed. There is a 1 bedroom guest suite located on the premises which rents for an additional fee. Please inquire. The main house can accommodate a maximum of 8 people with complimentary use of our queen air mattress. If the guest suite is also rented, the entire property can accommodate a maximum of 10 people. The guest suite will only be rented to members of the same family renting the main house so your privacy is assured.

Each bedroom has air conditioning and a television with VCR and a remote control.

Create memorable meals in our large, open, gourmet kitchen which is fully equipped with all the essentials - including a stunning ocean view! Or, utilize the gas barbecue on the expansive lanai. The lanai has a covered area of approx 600 square feet where you can relax on the upscale furnishings or enjoy a game of pool on the pool table! Enjoy unlimited use of a two-person kayak right from our private, 40-foot boat dock.

Paddle throughout Hawaii Kai's exclusive Koko Marina, or venture out to prestigious Portlock Beach on beautiful Maunalua Bay (only two minutes away)! Scuba diving, snorkeling, surfing, golfing, jet skiing, water skiing, hiking, and many other outdoor activities are only minutes away! There is Free parking for two vehicles in our private cul-de-sac area, and there is also a separate, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath, guest suite on the property with a king size bed, an over sized shower with double shower heads, washer/dryer, kitchen with granite counters, beautiful Italian travertine stone flooring, and a private entrance. This is available for an additional fee (please inquire). The guest suite will only be rented to members of the same group renting the main house, so privacy is assured.
