Rental Rates for the villa in Davenport Area, Disney / Orlando, Florida, USA



Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • The full amount is due 8 weeks before the rental date. A refundable security deposit of $ 300 is taken at the time of reservation then refunded within 4 weeks of departure provided after guest leaves the house in good order.

    Payments can be made by check, bank/wire transfer or major credit card, which ever is more convenient. We'll acknowledge receipt of all payments immediately and provide a Reservation Confirmation.

    Guests must vacate by 10.00 am on the day of departure unless by prior arrangement.

    Cancellations and Refunds
    Full rent refund if cancellation is made at least 8 weeks prior to arrival, but not deposit.
