The 1100 square foot, one story condo has many amenities, with the master bedroom having a queen-size bed, bathroom, satellite TV, ceiling fan, and vaulted ceiling. The second bedroom also features a queen-size bed and vaulted ceiling. The third bedroom features two twin beds and Italian tile. There is also a queen-size sofa sleeper in the living room. The living room, kitchen and dining area also features Italian tile, a fireplace, ceiling fan, vaulted ceiling, satellite TV, stereo with CD, and southwest flair! The kitchen includes all cooking utensils and appliances, including dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, etc. Other amenities include a private patio with gas barbecue, large capacity washer and dryer, two covered parking spaces, and just a short walk from the pool! No Smoking please.

Also included in the condo is a computer with HIGH SPEED internet access and wireless router for laptop computers. You are also within ten minutes of four Spring Training sites (Cubs, Giants, Angels and A's), 15 minutes from downtown Phoenix (featuring Major League Baseball, NBA, cultural and performing arts, shopping, and restaurants). University of Phoenix Stadium, home of the NFL Arizona Cardinals and site of the BCS Fiesta Bowl and 2008 Super Bowl, is also located a 30 minute drive from our condo, and the TPC of Scottsdale, site of the Phoenix Open (FBR Open) golf tournament is 20 minutes away.

In addition, you are ten minutes from two Casinos (now featuring Black Jack!), 30 minutes from scenic Saguaro Lake, and only four hours to the Grand Canyon. For the golf enthusiasts, there are more than 150 golf courses in the Phoenix metropolitan area (considered the golf capital of the world), many within a few minutes of our condo. You will not find a more central location to access the many cities, events, and activities throughout the Valley of the Sun!
