Rental Rates for the house on Cayman Islands



Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

    Dates can be held for 24 hours for flight arrangements. Dates are held for 5 business days pending receipt of the required deposit.
  • Rent the bungalow privately without bed & breakfast service in the winter for USD $ 4855.00 per week (maximum 10 persons including children).

    Rent the bungalow privately without bed & breakfast service in the summer for USD $ 4085.00 per week (maximum 10 persons including children).

Sleeping arrangements are a queen bedroom and a full-size sofa sleeper in the living room. Both Tropical Breeze Bungalow and Tropical Breeze Guesthouse have large back decks with private hot tubs. The Cayman seaside rental villas also have front porches with unsurpassed ocean views. Our Cayman vacation villas are a short drive or walk to one of Cayman’s most famous restaurants, the Lighthouse Restaurant. Our location puts us in the middle of Grand Cayman, making us close to the world famous Seven Mile Beach and West Bay with other fine restaurants, water sports, cinemas, golfing, the Turtle Farm, etc. The Cayman Islands villa rentals are also close to the exclusive community of Cayman Kai (the mecca of million dollar home sites), the Rum Point Ferry to the Hyatt Hotel, water sports, and the Kaibo Yacht Club. Our location also makes us approximately 5 miles from the Blow Holes, a site not to be missed.
