Sunrise Lakes villa Rental Property Information

My luxury fully air-conditioned villa is situated on the Sunrise Lakes residential community on the US27, one mile north from the US192. The journey to Disney World is approximately 15 minutes, with all other attractions within easy reach. Orlando International airport is 30 minutes away. Numerous restaurants, shops (including a Walmart Supercenter) and golf courses are nearby. The pool and spa are south facing so you have the benefit of the wonderful Florida sun from morning to early evening. The spa is operated by remote control and has the added bonus of additional air therapy jets. The pool may be heated for an additional charge. It also boasts a games room with 8ft pool and air-hockey table, and dartboard, as well as a Playstation 2. My home has the added benefit of not being overlooked from behind and is extremely private, with residents living either side.

Clermont has a wonderful central location in Lake County, Florida, making it perfect for visiting all the Orlando attractions and beyond. It is just 15 minutes to Walt Disney World, and a short drive to Universal Studios, Sea World or International Drive. The Gulf coast is approximately 1 hour 30 minutes away, with Daytona Beach and the Kennedy Space Center about an hour's drive. Locals know this lovely city as the 'Gem of the Hills', because it is one of the few Florida counties that has rolling hills. Clermont is also known for its many lakes and canals. Twenty golf courses are located within a 10-mile radius of Clermont, and the 'Rails to Trails,' bike trail extends from Clermont to Ocoee. Craft shows are common events, and shopping is a popular past time with many deals and speciality gift items to be found at outlet malls and the shops along U.S. 192. Clermont is also home to the famous Lake Ridge Winery that offers free wine tasting and winery tours.

Amenities: Inside the villa there are 2 master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms including a bath tub and shower. The remaining 2 bedrooms have twin beds and are separated by the third bathroom. The kitchen has everything you need including oven, fridge/freezer including ice-maker, microwave and dishwasher. There is also the covered lanai / patio complete with a patio table and six chairs; perfect for breakfast or evenings, as well as a welcome retreat from the afternoon sun. Sun loungers are also provided.

A separate utility room has a large washer and dryer. There is also a separate dining area and a breakfast bar. Cable TV is available in the living / family room and all of the bedrooms. There is also a Playstation 2 console with a selection of games, DVD player, VCR and portable CD/radio player for your use. A telephone is installed that will allow you to make free local calls, and long distance calls using a credit card. A cot, high chair and 2 strollers, as well as a bed guard for toddlers, are provided at no extra charge. A safe is installed to store your valuables. Children’s play area and communal pool / cabana recently completed. The garage has been converted into a fully air-conditioned games room complete with 8ft pool table, 8ft air hockey table and electronic dartboard.
