Activities: The area is perfect for swimming or any water sport as well as observing numerous manatees in their natural habitat. Activities nearby, Weeki Wachee Water park, Weeki Wachee Mermaid Park, Homossassa Wildlife Park 20 minutes away. Nearby fishing pier, boat excursions, one hour from Tampa's museums and events, Cypress Gardens, Busch Gardens, under two hours to SeaWorld, Disney, Universal Island.

Amenities: Full size stove, refrigerator, microwave, washer and dryer, two TVs, VCR player, stereo, outside gas grill, 3 ceiling fans, dishwasher, toaster, blender, fully stocked kitchen. Sheets and towels, one queen bed, one full size bed, two twin beds. Inner tubes for floating down the river.
