  • $1400 - $3300 per month
  • All rentals include a refundable $500 security deposit and a $150 nonrefundable cleaning fee. The Security deposit reserves the property. The Rent and cleaning deposit are due at least 30 days from the date of occupancy. The security deposit is forfeited if reservation is canceled or the balance is not paid by due date. Monthly rates apply regardless of the amount of days in the month. Tenancies of more than one month may be subject to a higher security deposit. All utilities are included with following exception: electricity between June and September. These rates and rules are subject to change. Payments may be made by check or Pay Pal (3% fee).

    December: $795 per week, $2500 per month
    January/February 2010: $2,950. per month
