Rental Rates for the villa in Nicaragua, Central America
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- Rental Rates: Rental Rate is $250.00 per day except the periods described below.
Booking Policy: A minimum of fifty (50) percent deposit is required to confirm reservations.
Cancellation Policy; Deposits will be returned in full if we are notified 30 days or more in advance. Cancellations made less than 30 day prior to booking will be charged 25% of the gross rental amount.
