My home enviornment is extremely important, therefore we do not allow smoking indoors. We allow only dogs due to the fact that we are allergic to cats. Dogs are welcome on the downstairs unit only. We book up extremely quickly for those that have a dog. So I suggest that you consider making your plans very far in advance. The downstairs is rented for the entire summer. I only have the upstairs available. I will consider only one small dog for the upstairs.

One arrival Clean linen & towels is provided for use or you may bring your own. This is a duplex it is a single detached property which accomadates two families. Each unit has a separate entrance and is very private.Tastefully decorated, new furniture, new mattrices. The kithen is fully equipped with all the conveinces of home, dishwasher, full size refridgerator, full oven and cook top, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, & blender. There is also an outside gas grill for each of the units. The downstairs has a family room. The home is located on a beach block at the south end of Brigantine. There is a short stroll to the beach through an easy access board walk. The south end beach is very wide because of the nature preserve with scenic land scapes and a nature preserve that is the home to the island's many rare species of birds and native wild life. You may be lucky enough to find a Fox frollicing on the beach at night. Brigantine beach is the best of New Jersey beaches.

There is 4 beach tags for each unit. Lifeguards are on duty during the entire summer vacation season. This portion of the beach is strictly for bathing, just a short walk south on the beach is an area for surfing and fishing and a rock jetty for fishing. There is a designated area of the far south beach that allows 4 wheel drive vehicles with a permit on to the beach. The south end of Brigantine is truly a treasure. Amenities: Each unit has wall unit air conditions, 2 televisions with Cable, VCRs. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, & cookware, dishes, and utensils, washer, dryer. The interior of each of the units are completely renovated & newly furnished. The first floor unit has a queen size bed in one bedroom and 2 full size beds in the second bedroom. There is a futon in the den. The living room has a queen sleep sofa and a single sleeper chair. There is a deck in the back yard with a gas grill. private fenced in back yard.

The second floor unit has 2 bedrooms with a queen size bed and two single beds in the second bedroom. There is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. There is a deck on the second floor with beautiful views. Great quite neighborhood. The beach entrance is at the end of the block
