Rental Rates for the cottage in Eastern Michigan, Michigan, USA



Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • $450-650/Week
  • $650 Weekly Rentals

    Check in is Friday 4pm with check out Friday at Noon.

    $150 Security Deposit along with 50% of the rental amount is required to hold a reservation. The remaining 50% of the rental amount is due 14 days prior to the arrival date. The security deposit will be returned within 10 days after departure if the cottage is returned in the same condition as it was rented.

    Cancellation Policy: A full refund will be given if the reservation is cancelled 14 days or more prior to arrival date. The rental deposit will be forfeited if the cancellation is less than 14 days notice prior to arrival.

    The owner reserves the right to cancel this reservation with a full refund.

Amenities:
Very clean, with fresh paint and tasteful decor throughout. The master bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom also has a double bed, and the third room has a single bed, providing room for 5 people comfortably. Large, airy kitchen is open to the living room and looks over a corner lot yard with mature trees. Rabbits, squirrels and birds abound! Kitchen is completely furnished with microwave, stove, refrigerator, cookware, dining service and of course, coffee maker! Ceiling fans and an a/c unit keep the warm afternoons pleasant. The living room is comfortable with sofa / loveseat and equipped with stereo, TV and vcr. A limited movie and book selection is available for your enjoyment while at the cottage.

One set of sheets and towels will be provided. No smoking is allowed inside the cottage. The cottage has city water, too! The grassy yard has a fire pit for enjoying an evening campfire. Or, spend evenings with walks on the beach or throughout the quiet neighborhood.
