Come stay at The Notch Condominiums $10/day Discount for full time Clergy What a beautiful place to spend some time As you look off the deck at most places, you see More Condos, More roads, More people, and hear More noise, but not at The Notch . When you look off our deck you will see the beautiful Ozarks as they change with every season of the year. It is quiet here with no traffic going by. We do not have an indoor pool, gym, Jacuzzi tubs, shuffleboard, or a miniature golf coarse. What we do have is 150 wooded acres surrounding the complex that you are welcome to explore. We have a beautiful 5-acre lake in the valley below the condos. It is about a half-mile walk on a good trail. Once you are there you can look in any direction and see nothing but the natural beauty of the Ozarks. There is not a building in sight. You are welcome to fish (and there are some really nice fish there) but leave them there for our next guests to enjoy.

There are 2 large shelter houses with barbecue grills available for you and a play area for the kids. There are also barbecue grills at each of the condos. We have a basket ball goal and a horse shoe court, but you need to bring your own shoes. We have two pools, one is a large pool 8 feet deep with plenty of room to just sit and relax right by the shelter house. The other is a little smaller pool 5 feet deep, and perfect for smaller children or if you just want to relax and get a good tan. The view of the Ozarks from this pool is fantastic. Our pools are open from Memorial Day to Labor day every year. Bring your bikes, skateboards, or roller blades and ride on ¾ mile of our private drive without worry of traffic. Don’t be surprised when you have to wait for the turkeys to cross the driveway or you wake up to a raccoon peaking in your window. You will likely have squirrels and chipmunks playing on the deck and see dozens of varieties of birds.

You may even get to see some deer. If you like the water there are several marinas within 15 minutes where you can launch your boat or rent several different kinds of watercraft. We also have a parking area where you can keep your boat and trailer on the property. You can leave the condo and be at Silver Dollar City in 5 minutes or be in the heart of Branson in 10 minutes. What a perfect place! You could stay somewhere else, but why would you want to? We have given each of our condos a personality all its own. Each one has a unique decor corresponding to the name. The Lodge is hunting and fishing. The Hide Away is tropical with palm trees and parrots. The Hacienda is Mexico and south of the border. The Ranch House is home on the range out west. We always try to get our returning guest to try a different condo, but they always seem to want the same one. I guess that is because it just feels like coming' home.

What a great time to come to Branson! If you want to take a vacation and still feel like you are at home, try our place. It is our home away from home and not a cold impersonal place to stay. It is located in a secluded and very convenient area called Notch Estates built in 1995 on Hwy 76 just West of Silver Dollar City. It is about 3 miles from Indian Point. Everyone who has stayed with us is always amazed at how nice it is and how little we charge. We have only owned this about a year and we expect to build a following that will come back again and again. My wife is a great decorator and for some reason it looks a lot like home. We keep several family friendly movies there and there is a video rental five minutes away. The deck is quite large (about 225 square foot) and we eat most of our meals looking out over the beautiful Ozarks. The deck is covered, so when it is raining we are still able to enjoy being outside.

BR B Activities: /B BR You will not have enough time to enjoy the almost unlimited activities that are available just minutes from our place, but that will give you a reason to come back again and again. We are so close to SDCity that if you or the kids get tired you can be back at the condo in 5 min for a short break. For the things down town you can be at the IMAX on the West side of Branson in 10 min. or take the alternate routes and be in old downtown Branson on Lake Tanecomo in 25 min or less. There are Music shows, many great golf courses, miniature golf, go carts, museums, caves, nature parks, zoo, hiking trails, fishing, boating, fish hatchery, great restaurants, helicopter rides, 2 Walmart Super Centers and more ways to be entertained than you can possibly enjoy in one trip.

Golf Information: If you are looking for a place to just relax and enjoy the quiet, or if you just want a home base to come to while enjoying the unlimited activities of the area you will enjoy our location. You can get to just about anyplace in Branson in less than 15 minutes. We have five units all in the same complex which is great if you have a large family or group. If you are full time Clergy we will give you a $10/day discount.
