Fairplay cabin Rental Property Information

Wait until you see this absolutely awesome view of the Continental Divide and the Valley from our 600 square foot deck. The home, Hilltop Hideaway, is located on seven acres and in an aspen grove. The home is close to the Pike National Forest. A short drive brings you to the trail. Enjoy the peace and natural beauty. Our custom-designed, 3200 square foot log cabin is truly a unique get-away. Only a few years old, the home is immaculate and beautifully appointed with aspen log furniture. There is a Queen Master Bedroom with a log bed, dresser and end table and a Queen log guest bedroom with log end table. Both rooms have awesome views. A third bedroom has bunk with full on bottom and twin on top. There are three floors for privacy.

Two of the Bathrooms have Jacuzzi Tubs. Hilltop Hideaway has a Fireplace, Phone, Satellite TV, VCR and DVD. NO Smoking, NO Pets. Activities (on site or nearby): You can hike or snow-shoe into the Pike National Forest for Wildlife Viewing or Hunting.

There is Forest access for Cross Country Skiing or Snowmobiling or biking. There is an onsite Stocked Pond or Reservoir Fishing/River Fly Fishing is minutes away. BR B Area: /B BR River Rafting is 45 minutes away in Buena Vista.Horseback riding is nearby. Fairplay is home of the Park City 1880's Out-Door Museum. Fairplay has several restaurants and shops or it is 30 minutes to Breckenridge, an hour plus to Vail for Downhill Skiing, Sledding, more shops and restaurants. This is a year-round wonderland of ADVENTURE.
