Townhouse Amenities Big Screen TV, Stone Fireplace, Free Cable, Free wi-fi internet access, DVD Player, VCR Player, Washer,Dryer, TV in every room, kitchen is fully equipped with utensils and appliances. There is a hibachi grill in the kitchen also. Linens and towels are included. There are beach chairs, oceanfront balcony, private garage with garage opener. There are 2 bicycles in the garage for you to use also. Everything is gated. The beach is private, gated, as well as the tennis courts, shuffleboard and the pool. The beach is very nice - very wide and private.
Shopping and Nearby Activities There is shopping close by and well as Port Canaveral, Ron Jon's Surf Shop and The Cocoa Beach Pier. 5 minutes from the Cocoa Beach pier, shopping and restaurants. 40 minutes from Disney World and all of the Orlando attractions, 15 minutes from Kennedy space center.
