Equipped to accommodate boats up to 30ft + with dockside electric, water, dock guards and cleats. Beautifully furnished canal front, totally renovated 1/2 duplex home with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths sleeps up to 5 and large screened-in sun room with dining for 6. Master bedroom has queen size bed and private full bath. The second bedroom has 1 full size and 1 twin bed. The living room has a queen sofa bed and 2 sliding glass doors that open onto side and back yards. There is ample parking for 3 vehicles with room for boat trailer. Membership in the Cabana Club, which includes use of ocean front heated pool and jacuzzi, ocean beach and snack/tiki bar all are a short walk. Needs nothing, just bring your luggage. Marathon Airport 5 minutes away.. fly directly into Marathon from Fort Lauderdale on Florida Coastal Airways.
