Comfortable converted barn, convenient floor plan with living/dining area, galley kitchen, three bedrooms (one is a skylight loft), a full bath and 1/2 bath plus outdoor shower, full laundry, and woodburning stove. Cottage has lawn in front, with lawn furniture and grill, and overlooks lovely meadow and lagoon -- great for bird watching and enjoying sunsets. Path leads to stairs down to private sandy beach and warm, shallow lagoon waters. Mooring for small boat available. One mile walk to Vineyard Haven downtown. Quiet neighborhood.
