Crystal Sands Villa on Sapodilla Bay is unbelievable! The Villa is a huge, brand new, 2100 square feet per floor!!! This southernmost beach on Providenciales is a cove protected from the wind by the surrounding points. It offers shelter for sailboats, many of which moor just off the shore, creating the most picturesque view imaginable. The water is crystal clear. Its aqua tones bounce off the summer clouds and continually display an aura of colors. The beach’s crystal sands sparkle in tranquility! Sunsets are indescribable. Bring your camera. You will want to capture your friends and family in this magnificent setting! Each Crystal Sands Villa has two master suites with king beds and en-suite baths. (One king is convertible to two twins.) Each master suite has a direct view of the beach! The rooms are large, open, and airy. The Owners live on Provo and manage the villa personally. We look forward to greeting you at our villa!

Crystal Sands Villa is located in the most exclusive residential area on Providenciales. It is peaceful, quiet and calm. Yet, it is only minutes away from the commercial area on Grace Bay Beach, from the restaurants throughout the island and from the many activities that Provo has to offer. It is truly the best of all worlds! Our ocean bay is serene....and the stars at night are so magnificent because it is just dark enough to really see the spectacular star scene! The sunsets at dusk are also spectacular because the view is unencumbered by tall buildings! The sand is pure crystal white! The water is clear, sparkling aqua! Our guests have ALL indicated that the photos simply do not do justice to our spectacular villa! We have dozens of varities of flowering plants which cascade throughout the garden. The pure white sand and crystal clear water are indescribable! The villa is perfectly set up for a truly elegant vacation with all the comforts of home!

  • All baths are spacious and have plenty of room to hang wet towels and swimsuits! The outdoor shower is wonderful for rinsing the salt away! Our walk in showers are huge! Our vanities are large. So, you can spread out your toiletries and make yourself at home! We know that when our guests are on vacation, they are going to have wet swimsuits. There are lots of places to hang your suits! The breezes which move through the villa keep it dry and airy, so everything dries comfortably! And you still have plenty of room! Our baths are wonderful for relaxing and easy showering!

  • All bedroom suites are equal in size and bath. Each faces the ocean! Each offers incredible comfort! It is rare that a villa has a configuration in which all bedrooms are equal. There are no arguments over who has the best room. Each guest will be in a room with a panoramic view of our beach! The beach is right there...just a few feet away! The bedrooms each have a dressing area which is large enough to keep all your clothing and suitcases out of your way! The villa was designed for divers, who like to keep their gear protected, yet dry. So imagine all the space! Our dressing areas are actually as large as bedrooms themselves! Each has a dresser and lots of open shelving to keep your clothing organized and airy! We offer one of our dressing areas as a nursery for those who want a quiet place for their little ones!

Crystal Sands Villa - Right on the Beach! Vacation comfort is a given, with the villa’s large living area with extra sofa bed and well planned baths, with large vanities, large walk-in showers, and fabulous storage! The balcony is magnificently 50 foot long and it is covered! Although tropical breezes keep the villa pleasant, air conditioning is available at extra charge for those who must have it! Just a short walk to the east, on Sapodilla Hill, is the famous site at which shipwrecked sailors carved their names in stones. These stones still survive. The site is such a national treasure that replicas of some of the carvings have been made and put on display at the airport! Here, one can see the real thing. Make it a point to include this walk while you are here. Providenciales is one of the most fabulous vacation spots in the Caribbean today! It is located about 575 miles southeast of Miami, right next to the Bahamas. Relatively unspoiled, it is the island of choice for a host of sunny, island activities.
