    Initial deposit is due within one week of reserving villa. Written information will be mailed along with a receipt to guest after receiving initial deposit. Second deposit is due one month prior to arrival. Check-in instructions and a second receipt will be mailed after the second deposit is received. Gate pass will be reserved at this time.

The location of this townhouse is perfect- across the street from the beach /with a lovely lake view.Enjoy the bird watching ,sunset views of the Night Heron lake from the large den which opens onto the deck..Patio furniture/ an electric grill make this deck perfect for grilling and chilling out while you observe the wildlife. Central air conditioning /heat with plantation ceiling fans throughout add to your comfort.Our townhouse is fully furnished in casual good taste. A home away from home without having to bring everything you own. Resort privileges add to this complete package.Vacations are very important to us and we strive to make our home a place that you will enjoy. A place that you will remember with a smile. Hollis sells real estate for Kiawah Island Real Estate, and is on the island if you need assistance. Ann is a tour guide for the city and specializes in walking tours of the historic district. We are Charlestonians and are happy to share our 'local secrets'

Resort privileges. Area: Kiawah Island is 21 miles south of Charleston, S.C. It is a private island. It is semi tropical and remains in a natural state without neon lights or even stop lights. It is very relaxing but offers 5 golf courses and 2 tennis centers and 30 miles of bicycle trails, and canoeing.

We are on the island should you need assistance. The townhouse is checked by Ann between guest with the intent to have our townhouse in excellent condition for our guest. We believe vacations are very important and the accommodation of their choice needs to be in excellent condition. We are locals and are happy to share the favorite local places with our guest. Hollis sells real estate on Kiawah and is happy to help you should be interested in looking at Kiawah for an investment.
