Living Room, Dining Room and Screened Lanai This fully furnished condo features gorgeous water views. Open the sliding doors extra wide to invite in the gulf breezes. The overstuffed couch, loveseat and chair-and-a-half will envelope you as you watch the sunset over the water, or view the spectacular 46-inch wide-screen TV. The entertainment area also features Cable TV, a DVD player and a CD/stereo system. The living room armoire is loaded with games, area information and everyday items that you may have forgotten that will make your vacation go smoothly. The dining area adjoins the living room, and has seating for 6 at the table and 3 bar stools at the counter. The screened lanai contains a table and chairs for outdoor dining or a sunset happy hour, and a lounge chair perfect for reading, snoozing or watching the boats and dolphins.

Kitchen, Bedrooms and Baths The newly renovated kitchen includes stainless appliances, including a Sub-Zero refrigerator. Granite counter-tops, glass tiles, and Euro-style cherry cabinets complete the upscale look. Looking good is not enough to make fabulous dinners, so you will find that this is not a typical stripped-down vacation kitchen as it contains service for 16 and virtually every dish, pot or pan and utensil you will need to make fabulous vacation meals. The kitchen also contains a convenient stacked washer and dryer to make your vacation laundry chores a little easier. The master bedroom and bath feature access to the screened lanai, incredible view of the water, a king-sized bed with super-comfortable mattress, TV, cordless phone, Roman-style deep-bathing tub, separate shower, walk-in closet, luxury linens including over-sized beach towels and plenty of dresser storage for all of your vacation belongings.

Area Activities As if you could ever tire of the sunsets, pool, Jacuzzi, beach, full-service spa, nature trail, restaurants, bars and other resort activities, the condo is conveniently located to take advantage of all the mainland and island activities. There are shopping options galore. An outlet mall is located one mile from the condo. Additional shopping plazas and malls (where you can locate everything from groceries to souvenirs you may need to make your vacation wonderful and memorable) are many. Periwinkle Road on Sanibel Island is a shoppers dream and is only a short drive over the Sanibel-Captiva Causeway. The islands of Sanibel and Captiva contain many natural wonders including J. Ding Darling nature preserve and many beaches. Fort Myers Beach is only 10 minutes in the other direction. Museums such as the Thomas Edison house, old town Naples and the everglades are other area attractions near by.
