All linen and towels are provided, including beach towels. Beach chairs, hammocks and coolers are available
This is primarily a low-key 'get away from it all' location. Beaches, swimming and snorkeling are the main activities. Kayak and bike hire are available. World famous Bio-Bay nearby with amazing night-time swimming.
Two thirds of the island is given over to nature reserves.
There are a few art galleries on the island, and a couple of small museums. There are many good places to eat.
Vieques is a small island off the coast of Puerto Rico about 20 minutes flight from San Juan. Our house is located in Esperanza, a small fishing village on the south side of the island. Restaurants, shops and sea front all within five minutes walk. Closest beaches five minutes walk.
