Rental Rates for the house in the Bahamas



Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • $4400 per week
  • To reserve your vacation we require 50% 0f the total rental; your rental will not be reserved until payment is received. The payment is refundable only if we are able to re-rent the time period you reserved. Payment of the balance is due 90 days prior to your rental date along with a $500 security deposit.

    A US$500 security deposit is due at the time of payment to reserve your rental. Security deposit will be returned upon satisfactory check out.

    Seascape is available to rent year round and can accommodate up to six people. You will forfeit the house if occupancy exceeds 6 persons, excluding babies and small children. Sorry, no pets allowed.

Beaches: Stocking Island is renowned for shelling, its beautiful beaches and delicious Dora burgers. You can reach Stocking Island via a ferry from the Peace and Plenty Hotel, located in George Town. Shaded huts along the top of the island allow for peaceful afternoons in the shade while enjoying the view and gently trade winds. Or just spend an afternoon taking a leisurely stroll along the white sand beach. ~~ Boating Activities: The Exuma Cays offer some of the world’s best bone fishing. Bone fish guides can be hired for day trips. Bottom fishing for dinner is also very productive in the surrounding waters and diving for conch is plentiful along the western edge of the island. ~~ Golf, Spa and Casino: The Four Seasons Resort offers a Greg Norman golf course, a full service spa and a casino.

Boston Whalers are available for rent from Minns Water Sports to enjoy a day of boating for an adventure exploring the nearby cays, reefs and beaches.

What is the Island like? Great Exuma is a relaxed easy living atmosphere not filled with the nightlife and hustle and bustle of commercialized areas, a perfect place to just relax. George Town has several native restaurants, small hotels, straw markets and boutiques. Also located in George Town are grocery stores, liquor stores, a medical clinic and three churches.
