This impressive 2800 square foot home at #5 Fawn Lane is ideally located between the Village Mall and Sunriver Lodge area (including South Pool). The home was totally remodeled inside and out, with the addition of 1,000 sq ft and all new upscale furnishings. The home is like new, with the character of the original home but with a luxurious feel. Furnishings include many Dick Idol items and a leather sectional in the living room. It is just a five-minute walk across Abbott Drive from the Sunriver Village Mall or the south pool near the Sunriver Lodge. The home is in a quiet area with extensive common area surrounding two sides of the home that provides privacy and openness. The bike path near the back of the property is a direct route to the mall or pool, or to explore Sunriver.

The hot tub for 7 is at the back of the home, with privacy screen and room for seating and socializing. There is a double carport with additional paved parking area. Eight new adult cruiser bikes, 2 child bike trailer and a ping pong table are provided for guests.
