Activities: Swimming, boating, hiking. Shop the 100 outlet mall minutes away from the house. Horseback Riding is available about 10 minutes from the house. Less than 10 minutes is the 2004 PGA Golf course. Tennis and golf are both available within minutes of the house. Be sure to visit the world's most beautiful beaches within walking distance.

This house is less than 2 hours from Manhattan. Hampton Bays boasts some of the best restaurants in the Hamptons. Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts and many pizza places abound in this wonderful quaint east end town. The house is located in a very secluded section of Shinnecock Hills. The property is perfect for children and adults alike as the 1.6 acre has both brick patio, cedar deck and great hiking paths.
